I was extremely wary about this contraption. Pretty controversial. Sofa spuds claimed they lost body fat and built muscle just standing on the thing. Not gonna happen! If they got results, other modifications were at play.

However… if you actually do your exercise routine on it, it can recruit a whack of stabilizers and core synergizers.
