Ramp Up Your "Chest Day"!

Learning this one will take you to a whole new level by allowing you to increase dumbbell weights for any chest press or fly!

1. Find a sweet spot at the end of your bench wtih your dumbbells placed vertically on your knees.
2. Stand up, keeping the dumbbells on your knees
3. Sit back down, and with momentum, drive the dumbbells straight up over your chest.
4. Have at it!
5. When you’re pooched, raise your knees, place the dumbbells onto them in your starting position, and push your knees forward to the ground.
6. Don’t slam yourself into the wall or the mirror!
