Super for Many Reasons

Older adults are my favourite population! Not just because I’m a senior but because they have contributed so much to our society.

It’s imperative that, as seniors, we take increased responsibility for our health and our fitness! Often, due to a lack of core strength and poor physical conditioning, balance and co-ordination are compromised. When a senior falls, it can quite often be catastrophic.

Let’s really enjoy our grand children… maintain our independence… and not ever need help getting off a toilet seat!

NEVER sit around the outside of life looking in – get right in the middle and squeeze the juice out of it!
